A month in photos {May 2016}

May was surprisingly warm, extremely beautiful and so satisfying in every way. Sad to let it go yet excited to know we have full summer ahead! Summer we've been waiting for so long...

we will run and scream
you will dance with me
we'll fulfill our dreams
and we'll be free

One of May favorites that somehow didn't make it to the collage...

And a little video for #mymonthlyscene

Blooming trees and #mymonthlyscene from May

Lilacs are opening. Apple tree flowers are in full bloom. And the rest of the world is vibrant green. Watch my little video in the end to see the monthly scene of  May captured.

Bird Cherry Love {plus a Day In the Life video}

Oh my word. Green everywhere, blooming everything... high temperatures are gone but occasional spring rain makes everything so fresh and gives nature a lovely scent. And the fact that it's weekend is making it just perfect. I like being home so much. I enjoy these days of doing nothing, tucked snug in our little house. And lovely little walks between the showers stealing some spring blossoms and enjoying the sun. when it suddenly started to shine!

On the verge of Summer

Birdsong is growing louder, the buds of leafs are getting bigger and various blossoms have emerged.
We are living in full Spring and seems like we´re on the verge of Summer! Recent days have been beautiful and sun filled. I've got you some random pictures to show how it looks around here at the moment. It's been warmer than ever in May!

Making Films Week 7 was about 'how to' or 'making'. Since I had no idea what to do I just shot this fifteen second story of making a wildflower crown.

Let's go for a walk

Oh happiness! Spring is here and feels like Summer actually. Feels so great I don't even have words to describe it. My little one has been waiting for bike rides, birds and white anemones. Yesterday we got it all :)

Week five on Making Films was a halfway breather and I took it to reinforce and practice all I've learned so far. My creation is a video called "Let's go for a walk" starring my little one. And week six on Making Films was about Stop Motion - I had been waiting for it and was very exited about it... but unfortunately I didn't quite nail it :D So... let's save it for later.

Spring in slow

I'm taking time for what's important. I'm taking it slow. I'm staying inside although the sun is shining and there is so much to do outside. I'm reading six books at the same time and watching too much television. I take long walks too. I've played board games with kids and snuggled on the couch in between them. I'm enjoying long breakfasts, a cat purring on my lap and ignoring all the haste.

If you're
always racing
to the next
moment, what
happens to the
one you're in?
